London Councils publish enforcement data for parking and moving traffic offences across London . This is divided into years from 2004/5. The data includes all London Boroughs in the form of an Excel spreadsheet.
They also publish parking appeals data from 2005/6. The data includes all London Boroughs in the form of an Excel spreadsheet.
