Appeals against exclusions from the housing register (LOCATA) or against a banding decision
You can ask us to review a decision we have made about a homelessness application, or about the band we have put you in on LOCATA or taking you off LOCATA.
The review request must be made within 21 days from the day you are notified of the Council decision and the reasons for it. Harrow Council has discretion to extend the time limit if it considers this would be reasonable.
