Housing allocations - allocation band

Harrow no longer operates a points based allocation system.

Instead it uses a choice based lettings scheme called LOCATA which uses bands of housing need. Depending on your circumstances and your current housing situation you will be banded in priority A , B, C, or D.

This is a general guide to the priority bands. However, this does not represent a definitive list of categories. You can get more detail by clicking on Harrow's Lettings and Transfers Scheme.
