Harrow social services
The local authority is accountable for discharging the legal duties of the Local Social Services Authority towards mental health service users. Harrow Council also contributes towards services aimed at promoting mental well being and community cohesion within Harrow.
Direct access services are provided on behalf of the council by Central and North West London Foundation Trust under a formal agreement by Harrow Mental Health Services.
