Performance reports
We monitor our performance monthly to ensure that we are meeting the high targets that we have set ourselves to deliver your Asset Management service.
We also report on key indicators quarterly to what is known as an Improvement Board, where good performance is analysed so that it can be maintained, and poor performance is challenged with steps taken to improve where required.
We have made a commitment to publicise this information both on this webpage, but also through Homing In, our quarterly magazine which is mailed out to all tenants and leaseholders in the borough.
We will publish the 1st performance report on this page at the start of July 2011.
