Mutual Council Home Exchange (Home Swap)

HomeSwap- for tenants ONLY

A mutual exchange involves two tenants swapping properties with one and other. An exchange can take place between any Registered Social Landlord or Local Authority (ie Council) tenant.

If you rent your property from a private landlord you are not able to exchange. Both secure and assured tenants have the right to exchange homes.
