The home care service can provide you with help carrying out certain tasks that you are unable to do on your own. The help is provided in order for you to stay in your own home while remaining as independent as possible.

In order to receive this service you need to have an assessment. This is to find out what help you need. You can apply for an assessment via the needs assessment page. After an assessment a care plan will be drawn up for you.
