Reablement

The Reablement Service provides planned, short term, intensive help. 

The service is designed to help a person restore their independence, to help them to do as much as you can for themselves, rather than someone doing things for them. 

Reablement workers spend anything between one and six weeks supporting each individual to re-learn lost skills following a period of illness, disability or a time when a person may have lost some confidence.
