Equality Monitoring
Equality Monitoring - what is it?
Equality monitoring is a process used to collect, store and analyse information about our staff, service users and diverse communities. It provides valuable management information that can be used to address any inequalities or assert the fairness of the services we provide to the wider community as well as in our employment and training practices.
The Equality Monitoring leaflet may help to answer any further questions on this.
Stonewall have also produced a booklet explaining what 'Equality Monitoring' is.
