Flooding

There are a number of other Government Strategies and projects that share similar objectives and it is possible to combine these to make Green Grid open spaces and making space for water more compatible.

The Government, Defra, EA and Local Authorities are making efforts to meet EU Environmental requirements for water quality and urban waste water pollution using River Restoration projects such as the Crane Valley Partnership and Blue Ribbon Network.
