Disabled Persons Travel Pass (Freedom Pass)
The Freedom Pass can be used by those Harrow residents with a disability - subject to meeting the eligibility criteria.
If you are of pensionable age you are entitled to an Older Person travel pass (freedom pass). This means that you do not need to complete Harrow's application form. You will need to contact London Councils Freedom Pass helpline who will send you an application form. Harrow Council will not issue a disabled freedom pass to residents of pensionable age.
A disabled freedom pass allows Harrow residents free travel on bus, Underground, National Rail, DLR and tram 24 hours a day.
Eligibility Criteria is currently part of proposed changes following a consultation on Adult Social Care.
