Funeral arrangements
The London Borough of Harrow will make funeral arrangements in cases where someone dies within the borough and there is no relative or anyone else to make them for the deceased.
If the person passed away in hospital the health authority is responsible for making the appropriate arrangements.
Any known wishes of the deceased will be respected and arranged where possible. The local authority will recover their costs from the deceased estate.
