Information
The Civic Centre in Station Road, Harrow, is the administrative headquarters of the council.
The council also provides services from other sites around the borough including Social Services facilities, schools and libraries.
Around 5,000 people work for the council. The policy decisions made by councillors are put into operation by officers, who are employed by the council. Officers also make recommendations to councillors and give impartial advice to every member, regardless of their political party.
