In this section you'll find answers provided to questions asked at some meetings of Cabinet and Council.
After July 2008 questions and answers can be found within the published minutes of Cabinet and Council meetings.
The Council, every Committee and most Panels make up to 15 minutes available for the public to ask questions. Your question will either be answered by the Portfolio Holder, the Chairman of the Committee or will be posted in writing. We aim to publish the answers to the questions online 5 days after the meeting.
Any Harrow resident or representative of a local organisation may ask a question at a meeting, plus one follow-up question on the reply received. Questions should be submitted in writing by 3.00 pm at least two clear working days before the day of the relevant meeting.
