Neighbourhood Champions reporting instructions

As a Neighbourhood Champion you can report a variety of incidents to the council via online forms.  A comprehensive list of these forms can be found on the right of this page.

How to report incidents

1. Select a form.
2. Fill in the questions about the location of the incident with any necessary details.
3. Towards the end of the form you'll be asked:
   "Are you a Neighbourhood Champion?"
   If you answer 'Yes', you'll be prompted to sign in with you Neighbourhood Champion login.  By logging in you'll be adding this incident report to a summary page of all your past reports, which you can access at your convenience to view progress.
4. Once logged in you'll see your contact details listed and below them one final question:
   "Have you already spoken or written to us about this matter?"

   If you answer 'Yes', you'll be prompted to type in some details relating to the previous communication.
   

5. The final step is to submit the report by clicking, 'Submit'.
