The Harrow Declaration of Unity was adopted at Full Council Meeting, Thursday 29 October 2009.
The declaration is a statement about the unity that exists between all communities who live and work in Harrow, the strength and integrity of people in the borough and their rejection of those who try to bring division or hatred in to the Borough.
The Leaders of the main three political parties; Councillor David Ashton (Conservative), Councillor Bill Stephenson (Labour) and Councillor Chris Noyce (Liberal Democrat) have all endorsed this declaration.
We invite Harrow residents to sign the Harrow Declaration of Unity by clicking 'Yes' on the declaration form (upper right hand corner of page).
