A Local Land Charge search is a search of the local land charges register which records various prohibitions and restrictions which may affect the use of the property.
Searches are received from solicitors & estate agents on behalf of house sellers and purchasers.
Full searches are usually carried out within 3-4 working days.
Personal search agents need to contact us either in person or via phone or email.
