Harrow Council's Corporate Estate section manage a portfolio of commercial properties which are available for letting and, occasionally for sale.

Single Offices and Workshop- To Let at First Base, Forward Drive, Wealdstone. A selection of single offices of between 95 sq ft (9 m2) and 143 sq ft (13.3 m2) available for letting on a 3 year lease at a fully inclusive rent. One single workshop of 430 sq ft (40 m2) to let on a 3 year lease.
