Babies born in Harrow need to be registered at the Harrow register office. However, if you gave birth at Northwick Park Hospital, you'll need to register your baby at Brent Register office.

If you need to register a birth you will need to book an appointment with the Register office.

If your baby was born in any hospital (including Northwick Park Hospital) then you may use our services to make a declaration. In this case we will take all your details and pass it on to the appropriate borough, they will then register your baby's birth and send the documents to your private address.
