Greener Harrow

Harrow Council pledges to cut greenhouse emissions by signing up to the Nottingham Declaration.

The declaration is a charter signed by local authorities who pledge to meet pre-agreed targets to help combat climate change.

Harrow Council is one of more than 200 local authorities have signed the charter.

The declaration is supported by the Carbon Trust, Energy Saving Trust, Environment Agency and the Improvement and Development Agency.
