Harrow strategic partnership (HSP)
Introduction
The Local Strategic Partnership in Harrow is called the Harrow Strategic Partnership (HSP). The HSP brings together a group of people who represent the statutory, private, business, community and voluntary sectors in Harrow. The HSP Governance Handbook provides details on the governance of the partnership and the structure and function.
Community views and partners data are used by the partnership to shape and influence the boroughs priorities in the Sustainable Community Strategy and the Harrow Compact sets out the agreement on how statutory partners interact with the voluntary and community sector.
The Sustainable Community Strategy provides the partnership with a shared vision for the future of Harrow.
