In Harrow we periodically review our customers' circumstances. 

Claims are reviewed to ascertain whether the information on which a claim is based is still correct, or whether changes of circumstances have occurred which may affect benefit entitlement.

They may take the form of postal review forms or visits to customers addresses.

As part of the reviews process, it maybe necessary for a customer to provide certain documentation proof in order to process the housing benefit / council tax benefit review correctly.
