Disputes and appeals

You can request the Housing Benefit Department to reconsider/dispute your housing and/or council tax benefit assessment. If you wish to dispute your assessment please do so in writing within one month of our decision.

If you are still not happy with our decision you may request an Appeal pack for us to consider your appeal by The Tribunals Service (TAS).
