One of the core aims of the Cultural Olympiad, the four year cultural celebration leading up to the 2012 games in London, is to introduce young people to the UK's many artistic communities. The Championing Harrow programme is committed to this aim and offers the Harrow Arts Directory as a tool to make the arts more accessible to you.
