Each department will have various medium to long term strategies which shape the way that we deliver our services, and make sure that we are prepared for any future developments.
There are 2 key strategies which impact upon the work of the Asset Management team. These are the Housing Strategy, and the Asset Management Strategy.

The Asset Management Strategy is in the process of being written. This will be placed on this website once we commence with public consultation on the findings and proposals.
