Report an abandoned vehicle

The council will deal with any vehicles reported as abandoned on local roads or property (usually including private property).

The vehicle will be removed if it is causing a public nuisance.

To report an abandoned vehicle you'll need:

• location of the vehicle with number and street name
• date and time the vehicle was noticed
• description of the vehicle
• registration number where available

This will be dealt with by the Highways Enforcement team.

Report an untaxed vehicle

Please note the Council do not deal with untaxed vehicles. Please visit the DVLA website to report an untaxed vehicle.
