Harrow Council is looking for individuals and families who are interested in becoming foster carers for children and teenagers.
Adoption
Adoption is about meeting the needs of children, not meeting the needs of adults who wish to adopt. We welcome enquiries from people who might be able to care for a child or young person on a permanent basis.
