Disabled Facilities Grant

The Council recognises that planning, arranging and undertaking larger adaptations can be a complex, time-consuming and stressful, especially for people who are often elderly, vulnerable or caring for others. Harrow Adapt and Repair Team are able to offer Owners and Private Tenants, who require it, an Agency service, called "Harrow Staying Put" to act on their behalf through the process.

Harrow Staying Put is an in-house Home Improvement Agency which charges a fee, usually payable from the grant, for its service.
