Disabled Facilities Grant

In all cases of enquiry for assistance with adaptations the council has a duty to consult its Occupational Therapy Team who will carry out an assessment of the disabled person's needs and make recommendations. They will, if appropriate, then make a refereral to Harrow Adapt & Repair Team, who administer grants to fund adaptations. This is to ensure that the proposed works are necessary and appropriate to meet the disabled person's needs.
