How to pay council rent

As part of our Housing Ambition Plan, and continuous commitment to improve services for our residents, we have introduced an additional date by which you can pay your rent via Direct Debit. You now have a choice of making payments on the 4th or the 18th of each month.

To launch this improved service to residents, we will be awarding £100 of vouchers from the leading high street retailer Marks & Spencer. Three lucky applicants will be randomly chosen from the first 100 new direct debit applications between July and November 2010. Results of the draw and pictures of the three winners will be published in Homing In and on the council website.

Direct Debit is an easy way to pay your rent. You don't have to send a cheque or queue at the post office or a PayPoint outlet. You can cancel the arrangement at any time, and you are fully covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

If you are interested in paying by Direct Debit and want the chance of winning £100 Marks and Spencer vouchers please download and complete the Direct Debit form - on the right and return it to Housing Services, PO Box 65 , Station road, Harrow , HA1 2XG . You be automatically entered into the draw once your first payment is received.
