A Local Land Charge search is a search of the local land charges register which records various prohibitions and restrictions which may affect the use of the property.

Searches are received from Solicitors, estate agents and home information pack providers on behalf of house sellers and purchasers.

Full searches are usually carried out within 3-4 working days.
