Harrow Museum Young People's activities
Super Saturdays
Fun monthly Saturday sessions for children and parents together to have a go at making things and to discover things.
Suitable for children aged 4-10 years, one Saturday per month, 2pm-2.45pm
Tickets are available in advance from the Museum, or on the day on a first come, first served basis.
Children must be accompanied by an adult - cafĂ© facilities are available next to the event. Prices: £3.00 per child; £5.00 family ticket (for 2 siblings)

14 January - Nature
Create a fabulous picture using natural materials.
11 February - I love ... Books!
Make a folding paper book about the things you love.
10 March - Planting Bulbs & Nature Bangles
14 April - Rolled Up Royalty
To mark the queen's jubilee we will explore the royalty of the past.
12 May - Hot & Cold Pictures
Create a hot picture using cold colours and the other way round!
9 June - Design a Medal, Origami Balls
Design a new medal for the Olympics and create balls using only folded paper.
14 July - Eid-ee Pouches & Henna Designs
Make traditional Eid pouches and design with henna on paper plates.
11 August - Roman Mosaics
Can you create a crazy colourful picture using loads of little squares?!
8 September - Seasons Paper Plate Spinner
Create a spinner that reveals all four seasons.
13 October - Illuminated Manuscripts
Discover these beautiful drawings then make your own.
10 November - Diwali Mobiles & Lanterns
Make mobiles from shiny paper and ovely hanging lanterns.
8 December - Stained Glass Christmas Decorations
Get in the Christmas spirit and have fun with modern Xmas decorations.
