The council receives many requests for double yellow lines at bends, junctions, narrowings and other-pinch points because of people parking in these locations causing an obstruction.  Because of the number of these requests, with a list of over 200 streets going back many years, we have to prioritise locations in order to maximise the benefit of the limited funding we have available.  Each request is strictly scored against a set of criteria.  If you wish to request an assessment, please e-mail transportation@harrow.gov.uk
