The council promotes a range of affordable home ownership products for people who cannot afford to purchase a property on the open market.

If you cannot afford to buy a home outright on the open market, you may be eligible for help. There are a number of options you may wish to explore the possibility of part owning a home together with one of our Housing Association partners.

To apply for these you should:
