Homelessness strategy 2003 - 2008
The Homelessness Act 2000 required all councils to produce a Homelessness Strategy by the end of July 2003.
Harrow Council places a high priority on tackling homelessness and welcomes the opportunity to develop a strategic, multi agency approach to dealing with homelessness in the borough.
