What is MyHarrow Account?
MyHarrow Account is an online facility that:
- gives residents an additional 24/7 channel through which they can transact with the Council without waiting or queuing
- allows residents to track progress on an outstanding matter without having to contact the council and repeat certain key pieces of information
- is personalised, interactive and secure, with a unique user identification and individual PI
Who can have a MyHarrow Account?
MyHarrow Accounts are available to residents, businesses, landlords and tenants.
