Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure
Where a client has reason to query any information in relation to their LGPS pension, it is suggested that in the first instance you contact Harrow's Pension Service either in writing or by phone.
If you feel that the issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction and you wish to make a formal complaint for determination then the following Employee's Guide to the Internal Dispute Resolution procedure explains the process to be followed.
