Accessing your Council Housing account

  • The Council Housing account has now launched. If you need help to access your Council Housing account, you will find support on Help to link to your Council Housing account.
  • If you have not received your activation code yet it should arrive in the post soon. It will also be included on your rent statements from now on. If you want to request an emergency repair, see our emergency repairs section.
